From the arrival of two dedicated Boeing 747 jumbo freighters to customs clearance, airport handling, venue deliveries, intercity transportation, dismantling of the production, and final export to the next international destination, every stage was executed with absolute precision and within extremely demanding timelines.
More than 50 Globalink logistics professionals worked around the clock, many on extended and double shifts, coordinating airports, customs authorities, transport fleets, warehouses, venues, and ground operations. Every movement was meticulously planned and synchronized to ensure that thousands of components including staging, lighting, sound systems, costumes, and technical equipment were in the right place at exactly the right time.
