Basic requirements: HR Specialist
Knowledge of languages:
English, Russian (written and oral), Kazakh-preferably
Special knowledge:
Computer knowledge - a confident user; office equipment, knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, knowledge of testing methods, interviews, experience in organizing and conducting trainings, methods of personnel evaluation, development and implementation of policies and procedures
Understanding the business:
Understanding the company's activities, policies and procedures
