At Globalink Logistics, our ESG mission goes beyond compliance—it’s about meaningful impact. Across Central Asia and the Caucasus, we’ve tasked our teams to source locally from small businesses, especially women- and community-led enterprises. From uniforms and packaging to marketing materials, we’ve shifted away from large global suppliers and instead invested in the talent and capability found within the regions we operate.
This journey was not without its challenges—ensuring design, quality, and sustainability required close collaboration. Yet the results surpassed expectations. Many local businesses not only met our standards but exceeded them. Today, over 85% of our non-core materials are proudly sourced locally.
More importantly, several of these small businesses have grown—now supplying to other companies in the region.
