Supply Chain Security Policy

Objective
To protect the company’s employees, property, information, reputation and customer assets from potential threats in the supply chain.

Measures
This policy is guided by the company’s core values, code of conduct, business ethics and supply chain security standards, shaping the approach we take throughout the supply chain.
All security activities are already aligned with the general principles outlined below:

• “Incident Prevention” is the priority.
• All employees and contractors are aware of and responsible for the security aspects of the company’s business activities.
• Threat analysis, risk assessment and identification of countermeasures are regularly conducted and documented.
• Security procedures and guidelines are seamlessly integrated into business activities.
• Contingency and emergency preparedness and response plans are developed and regularly tested to quickly and effectively address assessed risks.
• Security measures and procedures are regularly reviewed, inspected and verified by a security auditor to maintain high security standards in Globalink’s operations worldwide.
• The level of professionalism, knowledge and integrity of personnel involved in security matters is strictly monitored.
• Appropriate employee training plans, customer and partner screening procedures, and pre-screening of potential candidates upon hiring are in place and are successfully implemented.
• All incidents, including security breaches, are recorded and documented. Corrective actions are taken and regular audits are conducted to improve the overall security level.

This policy has been approved by the company management. It is reviewed annually and updated as necessary to maintain relevance. The policy is published on our company website. We welcome comments from interested parties on the application of the policy and the policy itself.
