Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in Logistics in a managerial role
Fluent English, and Russian is preferrable but not mandatory
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Logistics Operations: Manage and coordinate all logistics activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch’s market presence and achieve growth targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve operational excellence and business goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the branch meets its targets and operational standards.
- Budget Management: Manage the branch budget, controlling costs while maximizing revenue.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and international standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
