Requirements:
- At least 1 of experience in HR
- Fluent Tajik, English and Russian
Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including supply control, internal documentation, and general office support.
- Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS); monitor internal processes, identify gaps, and ensure continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Handle contract data entry and management in the system; oversee document flow and maintain accurate and timely communication with clients.
