Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
Responsibilities:
- Maintain personnel documentation and ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development processes.
- Manage office administration: monitor supplies, maintain internal documentation, and provide general office support.
- Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS); monitor internal processes, identify gaps, and ensure continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Enter and maintain contract data in the system; control document flow and ensure accurate and timely communication with clients.
