Employment:

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain personnel documentation and ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development processes.
  • Manage office administration: monitor supplies, maintain internal documentation, and provide general office support.
  • Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS); monitor internal processes, identify gaps, and ensure continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Enter and maintain contract data in the system; control document flow and ensure accurate and timely communication with clients.
